Can you go to any other Italian place in Hattiesburg after having eaten at Trattoria Pizzeria??? And I've only been once. Local friend swore by this restaurant and she wasn't wrong. While I've only had the bread, meatballs and lasagna - what else would you use to measure how tasty an Italian restaurant is? It was all delicious. Pair that with a casual, family atmosphere and great service means I can't wait to go back!
If you're wanting Italian that's better than Olive Garden yet CHEAPER, this is the place for you, wonderful atmosphere, wonderful service, food, drinks and appetizers. We really enjoyed our lunch!!
I ordered my pizza through DoorDash and it was fantastic! It was a simple pepperoni pizza add tomatoes and peppers. It was simple done correctly! Thank you so much to the staff at Trattoria Pizzeria. I will definitely be ordering again!
Went for dinner in a Friday night and expected to have to wait but we had no wait at all. We were seated right away. Ordered a spinach artichoke dip appetizer which was very good and creamy/cheesy. Probably not good for the old cholesterol numbers at all. We also got 2 12 inch pizzas which was just right for our table - family of 4; mom dad 2 teenage boys. We sat in the front room, there was also outdoor seating which if it had been about 10 degrees cooler would have been nice but on this evening there was no way we were sitting out there. There is also a back room off the alley and like a game room or something that I didn't see in to. I'd definitely get pizza from here again.
Great pizza restaurant in downtown Hattiesburg. Complimentary hot bread and marinara sauce when you sit down. Service was efficient. Prices were reasonable. Philly cheese steak pizza was terrific. Definitely could eat here every week. Construction and parking in the area could present a problem.
